YourSeaBees provides on-demand pickup and delivery services from retail stores to a specified delivery address. Our services are subject to the pricing and conditions outlined during the booking process.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. You are responsible for ensuring that the items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time and that someone is available to receive the delivery.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued once an item has been picked up.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new terms on our site. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
